ÖNORM F 4030

(0) The NEW firemen belt according to
ÖNORM F4030 is available in 2 versions.
Version A includes a pipe hook karabiner
according to EN 362/A in polished and chrome-plated CRV steel,
which guarantees the fireman’s attachment onto the
ladder.
Version B is equipped with an extendable
(stretch) lanyard with an aluminium one-hand karabiner according to
EN 362/A, which can be wrapped around the rungs of a ladder. The
lanyard is made of a flame-retardant material (tested according to
EN 137).
Both firemen belt versions are equipped with a
descent eight, which is used for self rescue. The descent eight is
hooked into the pipe hook karabiner with version A, with version B
into the one-hand karabiner of the lanyard.
The firemen belt is made of a synthetic belt
with a width of 85 mm and equipped with a double prong buckle. It
is available in four different lengths.
