HOSES We produce hoses in dimensions from Ø 12
mm up to Ø 300 mm in various constructions and qualities . The
jacket of high tenacity POLYESTER fibers is lined with synthetic
EPDM rubber, oil-resistant NITRILE rubber, PUR-plastics, or also
with safe-for-foodstuff synthetics.
The hoses can be colored, printed , or impregnated
, and for special requirements robust and highly abrasion resistant
outer coatings of PUR or PVC can be applied. The hoses are lay flat
or semirigid, but also available in a double-jacket construction
with bursting pressures over 150 bar.
HABERKORN hoses are in use worldwide and conform
to many international standards as EN, DIN, MSZ, ÖNORM, SIS,
UNI, etc. . The uses range from fire departments and military to
construction, industry, irrigation and agriculture up to the use in
mines, canals and for snow cannons.

SAFETY/ PPE
We produce personal protective equipment (PPE)
against a fall from a height under the brand name
“euroline” — such as full body harnesses, work
positioning belts, rescue harnesses, safety lines, lanyards, fall
arresters etc. — a complete programme for professional
protection in case of a fall from a height.
“euroline” means top quality by
a European producer. Functionality, ergonomics and top design
distinguish this product line. All products meet the current
EN standards and carry the CE mark.
BELTS
Webbings, resp. belts are being woven in widths from 5 mm up to
130 mm and when required colored, printed, stamped, impregnated or
coated . For raw materials polyester, polyamide, polypropylene,
aramid fiber, viscose, but also natural fibers like hemp, jute or
cotton are used.
We produce acc. to customers wishes in various
designs with pattern- or name weave-in. Our own testing devices
warrant the observance of the required characteristics like tensile
strength, elongation, etc
HABERKORN-belts are
being used amongst others, for sport appliances, bags, clothing,
furniture, agriculture, wrappings, transportation, and for the
military.
ROPES
Rope making was the beginning of HABERKORN. Today
on the most modern rope laying machines and braiders twisted ropes
, round- or spiral-braided lines and cords, resp. kernmantel-ropes
in diameters of 0,5 mm up to 20 mm are being produced. Upon
customers request, these ropes can be colored, impregnated, or
coated, resp. sewn into finished products.
